i bought tchaikovsky's piano concerto no. 1 finally! :D even though it's not played by horowitz (which i wanted to buy), it's still nice! :D:D the CD's recording is way nicer than live recordings. yay! :D

i MUST say, the concert yest was AWWWESOOOME! :D magic slides was absolutely fab! the trombones should be well praised! :D of course, my dear horn juniors played their solis well too. despite the fact that they think they didnt! should have more confidence in themselves. (: who doesn't make mistakes during concerts? i knew they tried their very, very best! :D i <3 alumni too! and the many helpful guest players who helped us make it happen. im definitely looking forward to the next performance! :D
went to have suki sushi with 4D just now! i love the EGG! :D (i duno what it's called lah.) HAHAHAHAA. havent seen some of them for about a year i think. is it a year? HAHA. WAO LAO. ONG CHU PING'S FOREVER LOSING WEIGHT!!! everytime i see him, his face becomes smaller! his body becomes slimmer! so so so so close to bones i tell you. aiyo! other then him, i think everyone looks the same. HAHA. :D which is good news! means they still look young n cute! :D

oh yah. and i think ah. it is very true that this is a bad year for the horse. and people born in the year of the horse have financial problems. because!!! every week i feel like im short of money!!!! wao lao. i went to cut my hair today and there's like no difference. dont laugh at me okay. and i had to get a new pair of contacts cos the old one was expired for way too long and i couldnt see lah. everytime everything looked so blur. -.- guess what. today's monday and im left with $10 now only. around there. OMG. i have tues, wed, thurs, and fri to SURVIVE. er. actually can. wed dont go out. thurs eat before going out. fri eat before going out. oh yah. why the hell am i so stupid. okok. i shall stop talking to myself. ok lah. enough blabbering. bye.
went over to jasmine's to take photos for her proj. we tried baking peanut butter cookies and cooking tang yuan! i didnt know baking and cooking tang yuan is actually not that difficult. i thought the cookies were quite nice but jasmine said it isnt. maybe cos it's the first time i was baking so i had low expectations of the outcome. =x and omg, what she said is so true. you wont feel like eating what you baked. you know. it's like, you get so sick of the smell of the mixture when u prepare it, you get a headache! (or at least i did. HAHA.) now, the sight of the cookies makes me feel like puking.
and the steps to make tang yuan is quite easy lah! especially the plain ones. =x HAHA. i think it's the way her mum taught us ah. made it look easy. hAHA. all u have to do is add hot water to the tang yuan flour, then knead. then roll into little balls. (i like small ones. =x) then boil water. put pandan leaves. take out pandan leaves. put sugar. test the syrup. throw in the balls. wait for the balls to float to the surface (it looked so cute! like BOING! then reach the surface. LOL.). THEN CAN EAT! :D
HAHAHA! after today, i feel like having this LARGE kitchen (which is well furnished and decorated with that cosy cottage feeling. i duno why cottage. just came to mind. HAHA.) where i can experiment cooking different stuff in future. wah. can u imagine? so cool lah! AHHAHAA. i think jasmine mum's knows a lot of recipes ah. shall ask jasmine to learn then come over to my house in future to teach me! AHHAHA.
i never thought i would watch leap years. first time i saw the advertisement, i was thinking, this is going to be one draggy, dramatic show im not watching because i'll end up looking around every few secs. dragged myself to watch it with jane cos she wanted to watch it VERY badly before she reads the book. the show turned out to be unexpectedly touching and engaging! HAHA. i could feel my head moving closer to the screen to get a better view. (not that it wasnt good enough. you know when u get too engrossed. =x)
there isnt work tomorrow due to school holidays. on one hand im feeling quite relieved cos i can take a break for a week. but on the other im feeling quite weird. like something's missing. LOL. and i keep thinking how dear sze yee's performance in class would be like next week. she cant take breaks you know. if she misses a lesson, she'll not be used to the class again. O.O and starts finding me scary again. and have to get used to the class AGAIN. lol. and dear zhen ting's still bargaining for lesser homework during the week when her theory exam's today! im seriously worried about her. she tends to forget things i just said a second ago. what's more a week! okaaay, i hope she gives me a ring soon to tell me whether the paper was ok. er, but actually the easier she says the paper is, the more worried i am. cos! everytime she says it's easy. omg. her results are............... LOL! very much like how i used to be. so i've learnt to just say every paper i take is difficult. so at least it wont be a disappointment. HAHAHAHA!
i tell you, ting zhen (dont mix up zhen ting with ting zhen. HAHA.) was damn funny again today! she was scribbling on this piece of paper. and then i asked what's that she's drawing. and she told me that's a cross and circled the center and said that's jesus. haha! so cute. oh, and we were colouring dora (the explorer! HAHA.) and she said she's gonna colour the leg black. cos it's filled with leg hair. just her daddy's leg. hairy legs. HAHAHAAAA!. AND SHE KNOWS ABOUT MAS SELEMAT LAH. (i think she's only about 4-5?) she even came down from her chair and showed me how he limps. LOL!
thanks to gim ann, i found a theory teacher!!! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D YAAAAY! im going down to see her on tues to discuss and see if i like her plans for me. (but i think i'll probably be fine with it ah. cos im shui bian. =x and i think musically inclined people like gim ann should be quite fussy about teachers. =x)
was drawing and colouring stuff with ting zhen after class yest. i realised she likes using purple, green, and brown EVERYTIME. and she colours it all on the same spot! we were colouring this elephant, then she coloured it brown at first, then added green to it, then purple. something like that. HAHA. her mum says she loves art and craft. but her mum says she's having too many classes at the moment to go for art classes. ): i've decided to photocopy this drawing book for her! and when i have the money. i'll get her a colouring book! :D
taught my students how to sing "the wonderful thing about tiggers" today! they seemed much more excited singing this song as compared to the songs they sang for their christmas concert. I LOVE THE SONG TOO! :D:D:D:D nownow, it's your turn to listen to it! :D
the wonderful thing about tiggers, is tiggers are wonderful things! their tops are made out of rubber, their bottoms are made out of spring!
i want a sauna at home! people say infrared sauna's better compared to the normal one. i shall have a room just for my sauna in future OR stay in a condo (wah! then one big swimming pool to yourself. cos people seldom go. x=)
just because i spend MOST of my money on monday (on cab ah. this and that.). PLUS THE RAIN. i cant do anything much for the rest of the week! wao lao. damn boring. im going down to funan later to do the background music for the annual concert! quite excited ah. no idea what programme they're teaching us to use. i've never done such a thing before. but i think after i finished ooohing and aaahing. i'll be lazy to do stuff.
i've been having stupid nightmares consecutively since exams ended! (i have one SERIES of nightmares in one night!!!) bout results, work, blah blah. eng said we can know our results by the 13th. SO NEAR. OMG. i think im gonna have more nightmares lah! die.
i just drank two cups of coffee and ate durian puffs! (daddy doesnt get to eat his fav durian puff! ): but which means, it's all mine. =x HAHA.) i think im going to get constipation problems cos im too lazy to go to the toilet to db. =x i think db is a very tiring thing to do ah! like... waste energy. when i was younger i wondered why cant we just have this opening to throw food into my stomach so my mum wont scold me for eating so slowly. now i wished i can open my intestine and throw everything out also. (but come to think of it the first one isnt such a good idea. cos i kinda like eating. =x)
HAHA. anyway. saturday i was playing with WALKIE TALKIES at ting zhen's house. LOL! when i went over. she said very sadly, "teacher, i want to play the hello hello thing". at first i didnt catch what she said ah. then i thought her mum scolded her or something. scare me. then after that i had problems trying to understand what is a "hello hello thing". (she tried taking out batteries to hope that i understood what she meant. but i seriously couldnt. ) HAHA. then i just said "er... we play later ah. do work first." (to change topic. LOL.) after lesson then i realised chey, okay.. this is the hello hello thing. HHAA. she seemed fascinated over the thing ah. kept saying the same few lines "hello hello. teacher, are u there? what are u doing?" until i got quite bored. =x HAHA. then she did the funniest thing on earth. she went to her room (cos we were at the living room). then she said on her walkie talkie "teacher. i tell you a secret. we're the security ah. we cannot let people anyhow come in.) LOL! you know ah. she told me her "secret" so loudly i didnt need the walkie talkie to hear her. HAHA. but i just played along and we hid behind chairs and all. LOL!
then yest after class. you know usually guys wont take "disney princess" stickers right. of all things like spideman, spongebob, etc. nicholas wanted disney princess. then his mum said "nicholas. dont take disney princess lah. disney princess for girls one leh. you boy leh." hahaha. but he insisted ah. then his mum was telling me he looks at pretty girls one ah. like when he goes to the shopping mall and sees a pretty girl, he will pull his mum's shirt then say "mummy! got beautiful girl!" HAHA. AIYO. so young like ji go pek alr. HAHA.
