watching everybody present during CSAS's making me quite nervous. i think i'll keep moving when it's my turn to present the week after next. the thing is. i havent started on my powerpoint slides! and it falls on the same day as bmic prac lab! mr lee's "you're gonna fail" is still haunting me. HAHA. i guess CNY's not gonna be as enjoyable!
the tests of the week are over! :D yay! and tomorrow, there's only BMIC lecture from 9-11! good life eh. rui bing says she's gonna make egg w/ potato for us tomorrow. we just have to bring bread. and TADA! it's gonna be like delifrance's egg croissant. =x AHHA. i kinda miss it ah! used to eat it quite often for a period of time with jia yi.
last but not least, im going to shop after bmic lect tmr with meihui, sujun, zoe, and rb! HAHA. they're like always updated bout sales in singapore. yest's lessons kinda made me happy! - qi jun and lynn li could play he xing nian very well! even when i asked them to play at a faster speed, they didnt rush n stuff. - gabriel could finally sight-read way faster (even though he's just motivated by stickers. LOL.) - sze yee's much more well-behaved in class now. no more asking for mummy all the time. AND SHE FINALLY DARED TO WALK TO THE FRONT OF THE CLASS! she's always hiding at the back. too afraid to come in front. maybe i look like a big scary monster. lol! - zhen ting could write out the major keys out. and she's still making stupid comments in class. lol. u know what, she kept snorting and BURPING in class. n she said she cant control. DISGUSTING GIRL. HAHA. - joshua and a few others could play both hands! :D (they struggled like mad a few times. cos they just couldnt understand what they're suppose to play. wah, when they finally get it. i tell you, the feeling is like. you cannot stop smiling ah. LOL.)

went to converse's warehouse sale yest with meihui, rui bing, and their friend. thought i could finally get a new pair of shoes cos my shoe is torn and tattered. and then sooner or later i wont have any shoes to wear for lab sessions! it's at some ulu place in paya lebar. wah, i have to say paya lebar is freaking hot.
maybe it's not paya lebar. because it's as hot or even hotter today! woke up early in the morn for CIP. LOL. and i thought i wont come across that word again in TP. luckily xiang jie gave me a morning call. or else i'll probably be late. =x it was quite fun in the beginning. but after finishing the second block, i felt like dying. LOL. the lift's the kind which only stops at certain floors.meaning we had to climb up and down, up and down. worst still, there were two separate halfs to one block. the other side of the block doesnt have any lifts. HAHA. i kinda thought of 4D when we were collecting the papers. the times when we had recycling competitions in school. haha! the residents there were actually very nice. they even talked to us and stuff. who says singaporeans aren't friendly. just that we're slightly more conservative and talk lesser to strangers. unlike caucasians. but it makes singapore a safer country in a way too! imagine little kids talking to strangers and get bribed by their sweets like how xiang jie wanted to bribed one with twisties today! HAHA.
wanted to go to either la travieta/mus'art concert today. but after thinking for quite some time i just couldnt come up with a decision and decided to go to none. =.= moreever, there's like HPI test, FA test, math test, and Uart to do! HAHA. i shall start with HPI first. (: at least there's SMU concert to look forward to this friday and my students performance the coming sat! :D

YAY! I FINALLY GOT THE VIDEO FROM SYRA! it's some hpi lab experiment we did on errr, tues i think. im the subject of the experiment ah. and my groupmates were supposed to help me turn my chair for 20 secs? is it? =x i cant remember. yahyah. then see what happens when they stop my chair. SO, if u look CLOSELY, my eyes are like turning right and left right and left DAMN FAST AH after the experiment. HAHAHA. i think it's quite interesting even though i look retarded. =x i realised my voice's quite annoying. i should just shut up from now on. (okay, it's like impossible. i'll die not talking. HAHAHAHHA.) LOL. OH YAH. AND MY TUTOR SAID MY EYES AND EARS CANNOT COORDINATE. ): cos i asked him what is the reason that i feel giddy quite often, like carsick and stuff. five of my students will be performing "贺新年" (he xing nian, some chinese new year song) on the 2nd of February at White Sands around 1pm-1.30pm. so if u happen to be around that area that day, do come and watch them! (: i'm quite worried for them actually. whether they'll be able to play at that speed or whether they'll get a stage fright and stuff like that. but i guess i shall have faith in those cute little kids! :D

csas presentation topic has finally been selected today! we're gonna do a persuasive speech on "VITAMINS". each of us are suppose to have our own stand. (for/against taking vitamins) my stand's: FOR. Reason: most of us lead a busy lifestyle, resulting in us not taking note of the amounts of vitamins we should be taking in. thus, we should replenish our body with vitamins. when we were explaining to our teacher the reasons, i seriously couldnt understand why she didn't understand the point!
HAHA, and guess what. i was "exercising" during cell bio tut. =x jun you and su jun were telling me a few ways to lose weight in class. like "lift-your-legs-up-and-down". and the MOST ridiculous one is the one jun you told me to suck my stomach in and out a few times. LOL. i think i looked damn retarded. =x
bmic lab today is the best bmic lab i've ever had too. HHAHA. cos, i finally understand what i'm doing to a certain extent! and i could find the bacteria cells slightly faster using the microscope now! :D:D i kinda forced myself to pay a bit more attention cos dr lee says there's a practical test. ): i'm gonna be so lost if im doing everything alone. raquel won't be there uncapping the bottle for me, hold this and that for me. it's so difficult to have to work in that aseptic condition around that pathetic small radius around that small BUNSEN BURNER flame and do everything like uncap and cap back stuff with one hand and the other holding on to something else. i have no idea how other people can do it smoothly! oh, actually the happiest thing is, THERE WASNT DEBRIEFING THIS WEEK AND DR LEE ACTUALLY ENDED EARLIER! he ALWAYS ends on the dot! wednesday's lessons start at eight and bmic lab is all the way until six! very brain draining for a stupid person like me.

travelled all the way to sin ming ave this morning. and then the other long trip was sin ming ave to marine parade. omg. firstly, i was tired (which would very much affect my mood.) secondly, i was quite bored and kept wondering if im at the stop yet. thirdly, I HAD TO PEEEEEE. coincidentally i needed the toilet badly for both LONG trips. why cant they have toilets on buses that travel long distances. or consider taking toilet breaks every ten stops or so. like when we go on a tour to malaysia. the bus stops every idunnohowlongactually for toilet breaks! hahahahaha.
i just found out that the composer of the piece im practising (poulenc) is openly gay. =/ still remember how mdm peh used to say how the composer's character kinda reflects on the music written. the one that i can remember best is tchaikovsky. she was saying he's gay, so you see. he writes a lot of waltzes and other soothing pieces. AHAHA. now i think it poulenc is reflecting that to a certain extent too. =x

anyway, we did our mask for uART today! li hong's my partner. so i just slacked today! HAHAHA. everyone who were going to let their partners do a mask on their face clipped or hairband-ed their hair unglamly. and each and everyone of us had a THICK layer of nivea cream on our faces! such a funny sight! so we lied down on the newspapers which were all over the floor. and our partners started putting tissues over our faces. slowly, you can't see a single thing. wah! when li hong started putting the plaster thingy on my face. IT FELT SO COOLING! LOL. while he was doing the first layer of the mask, i fell aslp.. =x i think i slept until my head moved lah, then our teacher had to wake me up. HAHA. after everything was done and we went to wash up. i tell you, it felt like we went for some spa or something. LOL! the mask turned out quite nice! i need to do the third and fourth layers of the mask. er, and i need to help li hong do his mask next week. i'd better not screw up. honestly, i kinda forgot the steps. =x AHAHAHA.
jonathan was playing some racing game on his laptop when we're supposed to study! he let this little boy play on the game because he kept staring at the game. then ah! that little boy actually requested, "you press this key and this key then i press this one okay?" LOL! so funny lah! teamwork eh.

TWO MINUTES felt like an hour. but at least i got the question bout whether singapore is a good place to bring up children. i think if i ever get something like "do you think singapore is financially stable?". my first reaction would have been "oh crap."

this year's countdown is so far the best in my seventeen years! went over to marina square almost straight after school. it's seriously boring to keep walking round and round the same mall. =.= keep seeing the same few things. but im so glad i got to buy my cinderella exercise book and belle foolscap paper! HAHAHA. it shall be my motivation to do work! yesyes. finally when i reached the stage of being-so-bored-i'm-going-to-be-in-a-bad-mood, jia yi came! HAHAHAHA. i have to say, she saved my life! HAHA. if it wasnt for her. i dont know how im going to wait another horrible five hours or so to midnight.
we went to eat long john (I ORDERED THE WRONG THING. omg. i wanted to order combo 1, then i stupidly ordered combo 2 with garden salad. it's like ONE fish, TWO chicken, fries n all. o.o) then tried to find some random place outside the esplanade to sit down and talk. wah. it was until the fourth or fifth time changing places before we could sit! (the police said we cant sit here, there, everywhere!) okay, so we finally found somewhere to sit and talk. after a while my dad told us to look for them at "somewhere near the merlion, we're in front of palm beach seafood restaurant". (like he expected me to know all the restaurants in singapore.) took us a long time, squeezing and finding!
while waiting for midnight to come, there were random commotions lah! people started cheering as if they saw something and everyone starts standing and cheering when there's actually nothing. HAHA. so hilarious. i got a little irritated waiting for 12am to come. never liked sitting down doing nothing. i get very restless. PLUS MY STUPID RASHES CAME AGAIN. and i thought i grew out of it. i guess it's just because most of the time i'm in some air con room in tp instead of under the sun n all.
then our long-awaited fireworks finally came! it was spectacular! I LOVE THE ONES THAT LOOK LIKE SOME FAIRY GODMOTHER SPRINKLING FAIRY DUST IN THE SKY AND THE GOLDEN FIREWORKS THAT LOOK LIKE TINKERBELLS FLYING! so very pretty! :D HAHA. so long since i last saw fireworks from a good view. what's more, watching it with a good friend. :D
lalala! after squeezing our way out, daddy fetched us home! i kinda pity my dad. i'm so tired but at least i get to sleep on the car. my dad HAD to keep awake to drive. HAHA.
