teaching privately sometimes makes me feel like part of the family.
when the parents talk to me about their worries / plans / share their joy about their child.
esp when the parents say things like 'you've taught her for so long, you should know her character v well also'. haha. it's quite a nice, warm feeling somehow. like you're part of helping nurture the child to make him/her a better person. not just in terms of the subject ure teaching.
n i actually get to know a little about what it's like to grow up in a rich family. or what it's like when u actually have a sibling. im glad that there're so many opportunities out there for me to experience teaching. every child i teach feels different. okay, im just really contented n motivated now. (:

anw, the calluses on my feet is getting worse! i feel like burning my skin n then just peel the whole thing off. it's damn pain.
